¡§Our toys, our dreams & our childhood: an exhibition of four young Chinese artists¡¨ will mark the first time these artists¡¦ works have been shown in Hong Kong. Chan Yu, Zhou Siwei, Li Li and Wan Yang are four artists in their mid 20s who graduated from the Sichuan Fine Arts Institute and currently resident in Chongqing, Sichuan. The exhibition will showcase their works that will bring a new look to Hong Kong¡¦s art scene. ¡§Our toy, our dreams & our childhood¡¨ will also give viewers a fresh and interesting angle of the fantasies and dreams of the younger Chinese generation, the loneliness of a one-child childhood, and China¡¦s new materialistic, commodity surrounded environment.
